Summer 2024 Food Pantry Shopping Appointments

The Jamil Niner Student Pantry reopens for the Summer 2024 semester the week of May 22nd.

The pantry's online form for student shoppers opens every Sunday morning at 7:00 a.m. Shopping appointments can be scheduled on Wednesday during the summer each week between 12:00 - 4:30 p.m.

Hope Street Food Pantry

The Hope Street Food Pantry is open on Thursdays from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. and does not require a referral. It is located at 4100 Johnston Oehler Rd., Charlotte, NC 28269 (Google Maps).

Pantry Referrals

Some food pantries require a referral. Please call 211 and state that you need food assistance. Ask "how do I get a referral and if possible, can you provide me names of food pantries that don't have this requirement."
